Very well maintained property and calm atmosphere to relax

Breakfast is excellent, with a great variety (both warm and cold) and always fresh. The breakfast area offers lovely open views of the entire property. Rooms are very comfortable in size, nice and cosy, and the hotel itself is amazing, set in a peaceful area surrounded by vines and olive trees. There is ample parking available, and it is free. Staff are nice and helpful. The hotel is well located near Garda, Bardolino, Lazise, Gardaland, etc., especially if you’re travelling by car. We highly recommend this place for relaxation or for Lago di Garda trips, whether for couples or families. An excellent choice overall.

We were initially given a second floor suite as an upgrade, which we appreciated a lot. However, due to strong winds, the top floor room became very noisy at night, making it very difficult to sleep, so we had to request a room change the following morning. The staff were helpful and accommodated our request, and gave us another room on first floor above the reception which appeared to be adapted for accessibility needs, but at least we were able to sleep much better. Unfortunately, the no-step shower leaked water into the bathroom (which we had to wipe dry after each shower), and the bathroom radiator heater only worked on the first night and the last morning out of 5 nights. The mattress and pillows are quite firm for our liking, which may suit some guests but we understand this is only a matter of personal preference and not a negative comment. We suggested considering changing the Lucart ECO toilet paper (made from recycled beverage cartons), as we found it harsh and very uncomfortable over multiple days, particularly for a hotel of this standard. Overall, it is a very nice hotel and we highly recommend it.
