convenient location, the refreshing water/juice on arrival most welcome.

most people drawn to the hotel because of Jo's diner although I found the meals underwhelming and overpriced, some ingredients not available but not explained to the customer until queried. I was charged R35 for a tonic water. I requested fresh milk for my room coffee and was told not possible as there was no fridge in the hotel. No possibility of ordering a single coffee at the restaurant, only availability is bottomless coffee for R45.00

Check-in was proper, the ladies were friendly and professional. The security guard was super helpful from the day we checked in until we left. The food was delicious. Cleanup of the room was also exceptional.

The only downside was that we didn't have hot water. It was lukewarm for the duration of our stay. Luckily it was hot during our stay so we didn't really mind.
