The iron didn't work. However the staff was very prompt in getting a replacement for me

The breakfast was amazing! Plenty of options to choose from for kids and adults.

The beds in our room were not comfortable. And tv remote didn’t work. Dead batteries possibly.

Door assists not properly adjusted. Doors closed very loud!

During my recent stay, I was disappointed to find that breakfast was unavailable fully on the first day, with signs indicating you were out of food. As a traveler, I plan my time around the expectation that breakfast is provided, and had I known in advance, I would have adjusted accordingly to make other arrangements. What’s most frustrating is that this wasn’t communicated to guests ahead of time. This isn’t the first instance of poor communication during my stay, and I believe it's important to address. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and work on improving communication with guests so others don’t face similar inconveniences.

I recently stayed at your hotel and, while I appreciate having a place to stay, I was disappointed by several aspects of the experience, especially given that the facility appears to be relatively new. Cleanliness: The grounds and common areas were noticeably dirty, with visible garbage in both the front and back of the property. Inside the room, caulking was peeling from the tub, and there were items falling off the walls—issues that shouldn't be present in a newer property. Communication: Several important issues were not communicated ahead of time. The pool was out of order, and there was no breakfast available because, as I was told, your delivery truck didn’t arrive. Had I known the night before, I could have made other plans. This lack of communication created unnecessary inconvenience. Staff Care: It appeared that the staff were not attentive to the condition of the hotel or its presentation to guests. Basic upkeep and attention to detail seem to be lacking. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, communication, and care, your property has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.
