"Exceptional"

Hotel was great. Great location. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Weather was -40C during my stay and the hotel even supplied me with a cable to plug in my car so it would start the next morning. Rented a suite for the night. Ate at the hotel restaurant which was surprisingly very good.

"The beds are comfy"

The bed was extremely comfortable but the heat in the room didn't work. We went to the restaurant in the morning for breakfast. It was over priced and bland. Service was bad.

I have been to thus hotel twice, and each time everything was effortless. After a long business day, you need a hotel that has everything covered. This is that place. The wine bar in the lobby.helps as well...

"Best hotel in Rouyn"

Comfortable beds, exceptional rooms, great location, very friendly staff, and the food at Le Cellier Restaurant is amazing. The only place I stay at when we are in Rouyn Noranda.

"The hotel was nice, staff very helpful, "

Arrived at hotel, Expedia had not confirmed my reservation with hotel even though I had a confirmation number, I was not in the hotel system. This was at 11:30 p.m after an 8 hour drive. The hotel was sold out and there were no other hotels or rooms available. I explained to the front desk person that I had a confirmation number and the room was prepaid so how were they going to fix the problem. He stated that there were three no shows and that chances were that one or more of them might not show up considering the late hour, so he took a decision to give me one of the rooms and said that if he got in heck for it he would do so. I wish I had gotten his name because he was super patient and I was extremely grateful for what he had done. He made me pay for the room again with my credit card as he was not able to confirm the reservation and payment to Expedia, I didn't argue as by then I was frustrated and teed off that such an error could occur and that I would have to pay for the room twice but I was just grateful to have a room. I am truly disappointed in Expedia for this situation but I am grateful there are still kind hearted souls who will help you out in a pinch like the front desk person did for me that night.

"Nice hotel with easy access to most points of inte"

Hôtel Gouverneur Le Noranda is well situated for easy access to downtown, shopping center, museum and biking or walking trail. We enjoyed all of it and the staff was courteous.
