The location was great! Right in the city center. The staff was super welcoming and polite. Overall nice stay exactly in the location we wanted.

There was more humid than expected.

Overall the stay was satisfying! Only the poor internet was a problem. The wi fi was most of the time without internet connection so my kids couldn't enjoy movies in Netflix.

The internet is really bad

Our Patra apartment, expertly introduced by George, surpassed expectations. The walkable locale not only connects us to the best station but also to charming attractions like the floral clock and the enchanting Stairway to Heaven. Despite a slightly extended bus journey from Volos, George's patient welcomed set the tone for a fantastic stay. The apartment itself, boasting all necessities, is nestled in a secure neighbourhood. Moreover, the proximity to the sea and various dining options added an extra layer of delight to our experience.

There is mold infestation in the building. The musty smell upon entering the entrance of the building is very pungeant, as well as in the appartment itself, which was sprayed with tons of air freshener right before my check-in, apparently to cover the nasty smell. The appartment is also very dark with not enough natural light and having the lights on during the day is practically essential. The balcony overlooks a wall which is covered in mold/mildew and is absolutely disgusting.
