Location was excellent , decoration modern and comfortable. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Special mention to René at reception, a professional experience man with attention to detail.

I miss more power points at the room, more variety at breakfast and more tranquility - Housekeeping was a bit noise and you could hear the step from the mari ghoul from the ceiling -

Very good location, nice and comfortable rooms. Spacious. The staff were very nice, especially Miguel in the front desk.

Could’ve been cleaner, housekeeping wasn’t the best… AC wasn’t so good. The window in the bathroom couldn’t open….

Beautifully appointed lobby and rooms. Quiet. Very comfortable. The windows in the room opened out to a lovely view, fresh air, and the sounds of Madrid. Very walkable neighborhood. The staff were genuinely kind and informative. Miguel at the front desk was particularly helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was excellent!

Location was excellent, quiet street but very close to restaurants, metro, and the center; the amenities of the hotel were fantastic, and the room was extremely comfortable. Best sleep I’ve ever had. Decorations were great, and breakfast was also quite good.

Amazing location I loved being in Chamberi at the edge of the busy area The rooms were nice and clean

I’d say a bit overpriced for what it offers but other than this no concerns.
