Hotel Die Post

Parking facility; big room and bed; tidy and clean; very good restaurant and nice hosts.

The room was very cold and did not get warm, heater turned off on third day by room service, so it got cold again! TV channels were not set; no minibar; rooms and furnitures are old, need repair.

The room was quiet. It had an English speaking channel which was Sky which was interesting. The restaurant was very good with friendly staff.

There was no breakfast early enough at the weekend. The hotel, which is not their fault, is a bus journey away. It is the 101 to the station. It does not start till 0800 on a Sunday and trains to Frankfurt are not that frequent.

- self check in with no advance directions there are no helpdesk , after more than 8 hours train trip from Italy we arrived the hotel and the front door was closed and a paper in German saying that the entry from the back yard . we found ourselves in the park thinking that the resturant is the hotel and there are a door on the right for another building which has no sign that it is related to the hotel . we called the hotel service number and the issue that he speak very little English. we stayed around 25 mins in the Haloween night until we found a person going out from the building and he showed me the place the staff put the keys to enter the room. - room is very small - old furniture

the room was clean, the bathroom was well equipped and very clean. room has Wi-Fi and tv. Absolutely surprised and happy with this choice. it’s in Offenbach but really doesn’t feel far from Frankfurt due to the good public transport. and the location feels much safer than main Frankfurt so as a solo female traveler, this was the best location I could have found.
