Smart Hotel Budapest

70€, breakfast included for a 4 star hotel 5 minutes from the city center in June is such a good price. The hotel is very modern and stylish, the bathroom is huge, especially the shower area. Staff were very helpfull, they showed me the room and how to work out it's features and overall everything went very well. Totally recommend it.

Only thing i didn't like is that i could hear a lot the sound of the shower on the room next door. It was only that, nothing else but i would expect a 4 star modern hotel to have more soundproof walls. And i get the idea of the tablet but it's a lot faster to just turn on/off the lights the traditional way, i barely used it.

La colazione era ottima specialmente la scelta dei prodotti tipici della zona, la camera anche se staccata dalla zona principale dell'hotel era pulita e confortevole.

Forse migliorerei la descrizione della posizione siccome quando siamo arrivati ci aspettavamo una camera nell'hotel principale, mnetre quando siamo arrivati era nella palazzina accanto.

Location was good, close to the metro and bus station, Lidl next by, clean, rooms are very nice designed, welcoming, breakfast is buffet-type and was good, there was coffee as well. Host was very helpful, welcoming and catered to whatever question or request I had. Baggage can be left there until midnight after check out. Sound proofing was good, I didn't hear any car passing from outside, even though they were quite a few. There is also sauna in their spa section, I did not get to test it, but it is included in the price, you have to tell them about half an hour before you want to go so they can prepare it. Also included in the room price - tea and instant coffee.

During my stay, the street was under some construction work. The sound proofing was good, but obviously couldn't really fully suppress the loud pickhammer noises. Luckily, I was really tired since I was away most of the day, walking a lot, and woke up early, before the construction workers came and this didn't really bother me, however this is something to take into consideration if you travel with a child, have other schedule or you are more sensitive to noises. In any case, the host is very nice and would probably find you another room that is as quiet as possible if you were to request it.
