The location was near where we needed to be.

The place was very dirty and in absolute disrepair. There were stains all over the comforter. There were actual gaps in the flooring. The bathroom sink while in a newer state the cabinet had gaps next to the wall where an object could have fallen between the wall and sink cabinet. The walls and doors had stains and marred up. The shower was indescribable. I was so upset and uncomfortable being there but had to stay because of our son’s soccer tournament we had nowhere else to go and we already paid the money, being out of town we didn’t know the area and the other hotels had no vacancies. I was so upset I forgot to take pics to post how horrible this place is!!!!

Nothing like the picture on the web page! Very deplorable conditions. It needs to be renovated. I will inform the Public Health Department to investigate.

Due to the circumstances, I made the decision to cancel my reservation and depart to prioritize my well-being.

I liked that was easy to get there.

Booked a room due to soccer tourney. Just needed a few hours to sleep in between days. Arrived and the property looked like it was out a horror movie. The smell from the rooms, the garbage around the parking lot, the overall cleanliness was less to be desired. I ended up wasting my $ on this book bc of no refund available per hotel( that is horrible considering the condition) and booked a room down the street that was clean, friendly staff, and suitable to lay head down.

Despite 2 months notification no 1st room accommodation for disabled had to climb flight of stairs assisted by 2 family members room was dirty, mold in frig toilet and tub after numerous complaints including calling someone to help interpret was given new room which was under renovation literally slept got up and left crack of dawn

The location worked well for us.

The room was dirty, smelly, and the curtains were torn.

I only liked the politeness and friendliness of the staff.

The entire facility could be better parking lot to the tip of the roof.

to high poor service half cook breakfast poor staff no clean towels no heat it was the worst experience 😢
