"Good"

6.0

The property was very conveniently located, and the rooms were a good size. It was clean, they had a good coffee machine, air con in every room, and the showers were hot with good pressure. However, it was a very "cheap" renovation and it showed. The dining table was contacted (presumably to cover something up) and peeling away. The kitchen cupboards had been spray painted and the excess spray covered the tiles and walls. Even the cladding was fake red bricks, not very well done, and the driveway and garden overgrown and riddled with weeds. It gave the impression of shoddiness which was unfortunate with everything else going for it.
