Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Rooftop-Bar des Hotels – ausgezeichnetes Essen, hervorragende Drinks, gehobener Service und ein beeindruckender Blick über Düsseldorf. Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: reichhaltig, frisch, liebevoll angerichtet und ausgesprochen lecker. Ein besonderes Extra: Mein Mann konnte „neben der Liebe seines Lebens“ schlafen – denn sein Auto stand direkt auf dem Balkon. Was will man mehr? Die Zimmer waren sauber, sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Zudem punktet das Hotel mit einer guten Lage, da sich eine U-Bahn-Station direkt vor dem Haus befindet.
