Localização imbatível. Casa confortável, espaçosa e bem equipada. Estava tudo bem limpo. Recepção muito atenciosa e gentil. Condomínio seguro. Acesso ao club (piscina e academia) sem custos adicionais.

TV precisa ser atualizada pois não tem recursos de streaming. Torradeira de pães está com uma peça solta na parte de dentro, precisa ser atualizada. Forração do sofá da sala está com algumas manchas. Pessoalmente não gosto de carpete na area dos quartos.
