Le cadre, le calme,l’emplacement.

Angelo is a wonderful host. He took us to our apartment and explained everything clearly. The apartment was very nice with a great view of Lake Como. The center of town is a short walk away as is the port where the ferries come in. The breakfast was excellent... had EVERYTHING you would want. Food was tasty and good temperature. The service was impeccable. The staff was extremely attentive and pleasant. The onsite restaurant is great. Nice atmosphere and choice for wine. I had EXCELLENT lasagna there. Great lake and mountain views. Bellano is a bit of a sleepy town and this works out well if you go to Ravenna or Bellagio for lots of people and activity and then want a peaceful evening on your balcony. Parking is convenient though a tad difficult to come in and out of unless you have a compact car.

Hotel was perfect for us. No complaints.

The location of thehotel and its’ restaurant situated literally at the water’s edge is without doubt the stand out feature but when combined with the efficiency and friendliness of the hotel and restaurant team and superb dining experience it all makes for a memorable stay. Set on the main road ……but this is not an issue, as fairly sure all the 12 bedrooms face the lake, and our room was extremely quiet and well insulated…it is 5-10 mins easy walking up from the town, add another 5-10 to the station which is by far the best way to get from Milan unless of course you want to tour every town! We found it exceptionally clean and a good range offered on the breakfast buffet. The restaurant offers exceptional food of a fine dining quality, which naturally comes at a cost but totally worth it. General Manager, Angelo is on hand to ensure your stay is as good as it can be and nothing is too much trouble …. as he did for us in advising about boat times on a day when the trains were on strike.

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind schön, sauber und bieten einen herrlichen Seeblick. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und ideal für Ausflüge sowie Spaziergänge. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, frisch und von sehr guter Qualität. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Auch das Restaurant im Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Speisen sind lecker, die Atmosphäre angenehm und der Service hervorragend. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen

The property was beautiful and quaint. We loved the private beach. We loved that it was a smaller hotel, the staff really made us feel at home and everything felt more personal. They weren’t overbearing either - they were all very helpful, especially Angelo who offered to help us when our train got cancelled. He seems to really care about this place and is a great representation of it and Bellano. We spoke with him often and learned he grew up in Bellano, so he was very knowledgeable of everything to do there. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, and Bellano was the perfect town, away from all the noise of the busier towns but still had things to do.

Nothing! Even the walk to the train is only about 10 minutes, and it’s very straightforward so it wasn’t bad at all.
