Gulf Hotel Colaba

AC worked well. Rooftop restaurant was great, surprising given the room.

Room stank of mold really badly. Did actually have mold in some areas. No windows. Main mirror in the room is suspicious: touch your finger against it, it fails the fake mirror test. Called 'Gulf Hotel Colaba' but is not in Colaba, but at least it's near to the Gateway of India.

Det lå centralt, tæt på havet, hovedgaden og mange restauranter og cafeer. Lige bag hotellet ligger et mere lokalt område med masser af madboder. Sengen og bad ok. Sødt personale og elevatormand.

Det lå på 3 sal, hvilket ind i mellem var lidt irriterende, hvis man skulle op flere gange efter hinanden og elevatoren var optaget. Der var meget larm fra dyttende biler. Vinduerne er ikke tætte så alt fra gaden kan høres.

I booked 2 executive rooms as shown in picture however I did got the room that is the first picture on booking.com and when asked about it to the reception team he mentioned its my fault that I did not check all the images well and pointed out my mistake. Even booking 2 rooms I did not get the one in picture even a single room.

Location

Leaking roof leading to room shifting at 1:30 am. Wrong and smaller room assignment than book. No compensation even after promising. Very unprofessional staff. Will never stay again. Will not let any of my known stay here.

U dont get the service that u paid for. The TV doesnt work most of the time and the wifi. U dint get towels changed. The service is really poor and they are not helpful
