此次入住整體體驗相當良好，貴館員工無論在服務態度、專業度及應對能力上都展現出優秀的水準，讓人感受到用心與誠意。也因為有這樣優質的服務團隊，讓我對本次住宿留下深刻且正面的印象。未來若有機會再到台南旅遊或出差，貴館將會是我優先考慮再次入住的選擇。

不過有一點必須特別提出改善建議。入住後進入浴室時，竟發現兩至三隻蟑螂在活動，這點讓人感到相當震驚與不舒服。由於浴室屬於房間內最基本的清潔區域，出現蟑螂不僅影響住宿品質，也容易讓住客對整體環境衛生產生疑慮。當下我也有拍照留存紀錄。 希望貴館能重視此問題，加強客房清潔作業及病媒蚊蟲防治措施，尤其是浴室排水孔、通風口及容易藏匿蟲害的區域，務必定期檢查與消毒處理。畢竟再好的服務品質，若衛生環境出現問題，仍會大幅影響住客的入住感受。期待下次入住時，能看到明顯改善。
