Lots of space. Kitchen well equipped. Fabio was great and showed us where everything was. Fantastic village shop...local wine, cheese, cakes and friendly staff.. everything you need and not expensive. ..2 mins along the road. Found several good loop walks from the flat. Stunning views from across the road to the lake. Easy drive to Perugia and Assisi. Good nearby restaurant just down the road and friendly bar in the square.

September and was abit cold and couldn't turn the heating on so difficult to dry washing.

Peaceful, beautiful location and setting. Lovely rustic charm. Fabio was very helpful throughout our stay.

A beautiful house at a fantastic location. Fabio and his parents are super hosts. The cake was a very nice gesture. The appartment is great, spacious, comfortable and very well-equipped and everything both inside and outside is kept in pristine condition. The garden and swimming pool are also very nice. We had a fantastic time here!
