La ubicación, excelente!

"Si bien la ubicación es inmejorable, la experiencia en cuanto a la limpieza fue muy pobre. El alojamiento presentaba una falta de limpieza considerable: había polvo acumulado en cortinas, cabeceros y en el suelo, sin que algo menos. Además, las toallas eran muy antiguas y se notaba su desgaste, deberían ser reemplazadas. Es una pena que el problema de la limpieza y la calidad de los textiles empañe lo que podría ser una buena opción por su localización."

La ubicacion

Todo muy viejo y estropeado, además por la noche no se puede dormir por el ruido de las máquinas que dan al patio donde dan las habitaciones del alojamiento.

La ubicación

El encargado de incidentes es una persona arrogante, grosera y poco profesional, tuve un percance con mi hijo por culpa del mal mantenimiento del hospedaje los aires acondicionados daban asco de lo sucio que estaban, la falta de mantenimiento es horrorosa, a mi hijo se le vino encima el espejo del baño y el encargado me trató como un grosero cuando los responsables del mantenimiento son los que arriendan y aún así me cobraron la fianza, lo único que rescato es o ubicación y a la persona que me entregó el piso que si fue Cortez y muy atenta, pero jamás le recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo este hospedaje por quien lo gestiona.

"Varios errores en una estancia normal"

Su ubicación y atención del casero.

Cuando llegamos al apartamento no estaba totalmente limpio, se notaba arena en el suelo y encontramos una cuchilla en el suelo de una de las habitaciones, también algunas hormigas y alguna que otra cucaracha que solucionamos comprando spray en el supermercado. La luz del salón no iluminaba, el aire acondicionado del salón no enfría. No había tendedero para tender la ropa y tuvimos que pedírselo. Los primeros días no pudimos usar la llave electrónica online. Hay una puerta de salida a un patio en el salón que no se puede utilizar. Te piden una fianza a parte del pago en Booking.
