Hotel is new,rooms are spacious & roomy. Mr.Abdel Salam ( front desk manager ) is very polite, helpful and respectful. His team Ahmed Ezzat & Tarek are active and jovial. Mr.Mahmoud Bahr ( main restaurant manager ) & chief Gamal Gazzar are debonair and always have new varieties of tasty food every day to innovate. Really good, kind & professional peoples are the secret of success & prosperity of Tropitel waves hotel
