Lady in front desk terrible, unsafe area, noisy as hell, not recommended

I didn’t like the way the check in receptionist treated me make me feel not welcome other than that every thing was great I will stay there again

This hotel is only 3 years old but already it is showung digns of lack if maintenance. The carpets in the rooms need a good steam cleaning, the windows need washing from the outside and the stairwells are looking less maintained each time we come. We love staying here since it is located right on Agua Calientes and is budget oriced compared to hotels cliser to centro. The rooms are a good size, beds sre comfortable and the staff is so friendly and helpful.

Front desk staff is very rude. They have zero customer service. Both day and night shift. They don’t greed you, don’t offer any assistance what so ever. The hotel is very clean. They don’t warranty your booking. Will not return. Will not recommend.

Es uno de mis lugares favoritos. Valor por gasto esta muy bien. Los cuartos siempre están cómodos y limpios. Esta por una calle muy transitada pero todo esta cerca.

Great service, friendly staff, clean room.

Missing some towels no water bad smells

I always enjoy staying at this location it was close to my concert
