The bed was comfortable, and the staff was professional

That other guest smoke cigar, then throw them out windows, land on car,the floor was dirty,there were cobwebs in corner of room,housekeeping needs to step up game,more camera on lot when things like people mess with car can be held accountable

The Florence area was nice.

First room they put me in had water all over the floors so I had to be put in another room. They floors felt squishy under the carpet. The fan in the bathroom started pouring water from the room above. Didn't offer another room. Fixtures were falling off the wall and outdated. The fridge froze everything even turned down all the way. The air unit was falling off the wall. One of the lights in the bathroom didn't work. The curtains fell off the wall. When I checked out I had a hard time getting my security deposit back because they didn't record that I gave them cash. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
