Convenient to the highway and many restaurants.

The indoor pool wasn’t open nor even filled, although advertised outside. Door locks were loose, cigarette butts everywhere, smelled like mildew in the hallways, staff wasn’t helpful, shady area of town, etc!

Absolutely atrocious. Staff were the worst. They hide from customers ti avoid doing anything. They snicker and smirk whenever they are asked for help, and are overall condescending and rude. Most of the amenities did not work, including the pool which was closed. The whole facility is in a gross state. Most of the outlets in our room didn’t work. The AC unit put off a burning smell so we had to shut it off and sleep in a stinky, hot room. Staff lied and said they’d look into the outlet issue but never did. Breakfast was a disgusting joke. We will NEVER do business with this hotel or its associated chains. Do not come here!

The person at check-in was very helpful. However the room was not very clean and in need of general maintenance and repair. Had a strong odor of disinfectant which is pretty unsettling. The best part was a Red Lobster right across the street.

We did appreciate that this was a quiet, low traffic area. And in this room, I did not. encounter any bed bugs so that is always a plus. But this hotel was disgusting. The room above must have had a leak that they never fully resolved; I hope it was a water stain but it should probably be checked out for potential mold issues. The grout on the floor was old and ragged, I am sure it is not sealing anything anymore. The sink was being held together by duct tape, the room smelled of smoke, and the pillows might as well have not even be offered. We arrived late and were too tired to complain, but they must have given us the worst room in the hotel - it really should no longer be offered to anyone.

The "non smoking" room reeked of smoke - staff were friendly but the only solution they had was opening the window and spraying a tonne of air freshener everywhere. Almost a joke as I had to sign something agreeing I wouldn't smoke in the room when I checked in. The sheets were clean at least, and the bed was comfortable enough, but the corridors are filled with stains of various ages and it is very run down. Unless you're a HEAVY smoker or love the stench of a billion cigarettes then I'd strongly advise you look elsewhere

The place was dirty and smelled of Marijuana. The shower stall was too dirty to take a shower, and the sink leaked.

Place has bedbugs and roaches, they don’t clean their floors before placing guests in the room, room 227 had the bathtub faucet coming out of the shower wall, the bathtub was unsanitary, hair and dirt all over floors, no trash can, the toilet was clogged and couldn’t flush the toilet, they expect you to take your own trash down the hall, and don’t provide room service, they only provide service to the rooms that need to get cleaned for new guests to arrive. There was no breakfast options other than 2 choices of cereal and some type of weird bread. The pool don’t even work, hasn’t for years!

Staff was friendly and you could talk to them. When I shared something with them it was ok we will do. Maybe a waffle at breakfast would have been good. I know they can be messy but people like them.

Woman at front desk was genuine and the sheets and towels were clean. Unfortunately everything else was stained, dirty and needs a thorough cleaning.
