De två kvinnorna som gjorde allt för att betalningen skulle lösa sig. Mycket bra agerat av dem. All heder åt dem!

Hotellbokningen bekräftades men när vi kom dit var hotellet stängt, fanns sen ingen mat och frukost att få trots utlovat vid bokningen. Kortuppgifter lämnades vid bokningen men trots det krävde ägare att vi skulle betala kontant, vilket inte var möjligt för oss. Ägaren var inte på hotellet. Pratade eller ska vi vara ärliga och säga att han skällde högljutt på sin personal och oss via telefon. Det tog över 2 timmar innan vi fick tillgång till rummet, då var klockan nästan midnatt.
