They left a broken bracelet in the room and are now charging me €100 for it. No staff, no phone contact — just WhatsApp, and they ignore you when you actually need help. Check-in was a nightmare. No parking instructions, no garage key, no response when I called. Later they said they “didn’t know we had a car.” Seriously? When we finally got in — late at night, after walking back and forth to get the key — we saw one bracelet was already broken. I took a photo immediately, with full metadata, showing it was taken that night. They gave us no checkout instructions. Then, after checkout time, they suddenly claimed we broke a bracelet and demanded €100. I sent my photo with proof. Their response? A random photo of six intact bracelets, supposedly taken Thursday at 2 PM — no date, no metadata, nothing. Just their word. How do I know someone didn’t break it in between? Why is that my fault? Feels like a scam. They ignored my proof and keep pushing for the money. You’ve ruined my image of Spain and Alicante. And seriously — what kind of bracelet costs €100? Is it made of gold? Hotels.com should remove rotten places like this from the listings. Otherwise, this hotel will only create more victims, and Hotels.com’s credibility will hit rock bottom.

Katastrofa w każdym calu: Niedziałające kontakty w kuchni Niedziałająca klimatyzacja przy upale 32 stopni Niedziałający telewizor, ponieważ piloty nie działały Tragiczna jakość materacy na których absolutnie nie dało się spać, jak i również kanapy w salonie Brak środków czystości żeby samemu móc posprzątać apartament (tylko tabelka do prania k do zmywarki) Ale najgorsze były karaluchy w łóżku, które nas budziły wchodząc na poduszki na kołdrę między nas....... Niedogodności były oczywiście zgłoszone ale to nic nie zmieniło, nikt nam nie pomogl! W związku z tym wnioskuję o zwrot kosztów pobytu ponieważ to był koszmar a nie wakacje!!!!

La empresa que lo administra son un desastre se estropeo el aire como ibamos 3 dias... nadie vino arreglarlo... a pasar calorcete! y para colmo nos hicieron salir de mala gana el ultimo dia por que a las 12 ya venian otros... cuando se supone que el checking es a las 4pm unicamente solicitabamos quedarnos con una pulsera para poder ir a la pisicina pero no fue posible... ya venian otros rapido como en las camas calientes!!:) La urbanizacion no es nada exclusiva parece un parque sindical lleno de gente todo el rato entrado y saliendo de los apartamentos con maletas... en las pisicinas es facil quedarte sin sombra y torrarte al sol por que no hay suficientes sombrillas ni hamacas y bajar a la playa ni te lo imágenes se ve el mar pero ir a la playa sin coche es imposible...

A kilátás lenyűgöző volt a teraszról és a medencéktől is. Csodálatos az egész szállás. Modern, jól felszerelt. Andrea nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt, minden kérésünket teljesítette. Nagyon bízom benne, hogy még visszatérünk.
