VVF Résidence Méribel Les 3 Vallées

We chose this apartment as it was nearly £1000 cheaper than any other options in the Meribel/Meribel-Mottaret area so weren't expecting much but we were actually pleasantly surprised that the room was clean, you could walk directly onto the slopes and there was a free bus service & gondala that ran almost directly next to it. However the man working behind reception was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. The apartment is not easy to find so we called the number listed to get directions and were told that he didn't speak English, he didn't understand us and that he was leaving in 15 minutes. We were able to find it by asking a local but with no help by him. Upon arrival he was extremely rude, demanded €250 deposit but wouldn't tell us what for. Once we had gotten into our room we realised we had been put into the wrong one. We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment but were only given 1 room with bunk beds. When we tried to talk to him about this he simply shrugged and said that there was nothing he could do...helpful as ever! In summary for a cheap few days skiing in a good location I would potentially consider this again however I think if they improved their staff with someone more friendly and multi-lingual I would recommend this place to everyone I knew.

Unfriendly inflexible … staff and more

Pas pratique le canapé lit. Évacuation de l'eau à la salle de bain faible, certainement bouché. Manque appareil à fondue, raclette. Côté positif l'emplacement, l'accueil. Appartement propre et vaisselle suffisante.

Great stay, very nice location very close to the slopes.....although the walk into town and back requires a good level of fitness due to 150 steps. :-)

It was ok. I was charged additional money for towels which was not listed as charges
