I stay at this hotel weekly for business travel and wanted to recognize Amanda and Colleen for their outstanding service. Both are consistently kind, engaging, and genuinely focused on providing a great guest experience. Their positive attitudes and exceptional customer service make my stays significantly better every week. They are a tremendous asset to the hotel, and I appreciate everything they do. We just stayed here for a hockey tournament and the only reason I am leaving a review is because three individuals truly stood out and went out of their way to make not only our stay nicer, but the kids! I am so mad at myself for not remembering the woman at the front desk who greeted us. She made every morning and afternoon pleasant, asking my son about his games. Colleen and Amanda in the bar and restaurant were the other two happy faces that just went out of their way to be hospitable. I can’t imagine it being fun working in an environment surrounded by Hockey kids (WILD and sometimes entitled), and just being amazing people.

Hockey Destination exceeded our expectations! From check-in to check-out, the staff was amazing and made our stay incredibly enjoyable. The kids had an absolute blast in the shinny room—a huge hockey perk for those who know! A special shoutout to Amanda at the coffee bar, who is an absolute rock star. She was there from morning until night, serving everything from the coffee that got us going each morning to the cocktails that helped us unwind after long days at the rink. The front desk team was equally outstanding. Every interaction was friendly, helpful, and professional. This is a top-notch staff all around, and they played a big part in making our trip a great experience. We're already looking forward to our next trip back to Marlborough!

Hotel was perfect. Really nice lobby/lounge/restaurant, great for large or small groups. Amanda is one of the best restaurant industry workers I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting.
