Courtyard Boston Marlborough

Amanda at the Bistro went out of her way to accommodate me. She is a huge asset to have at the Marriott. My husband was here at a conference and she was kind enough to get me some food and coffee even though the Bistro was closed.

I have always liked Marriott Courtyards. Amanda at the Starbucks Cafe has always been very nice at having my breakfast served quickly and such a good person to talk with. I would also like to give Kim who works at the hotel for making my reservation, very high remarks. When I had gone to the front desk and she was there, she remembered me from a few weeks before when she took my reservation. This is really good hospitality and I totally recommend this hotel for anyone’s stay.

Amanda at the cafe was the best!! She greeted me every morning with a smile and kind word, even when she was running crazy!

Renovated hotel, with a great staff.

Room was clean and spacious. I wish the fridge was a little bit bigger, but ice machine was conveniently located on the same floor. Staff was kind and helpful. Would recommend.

Wonderful lounge and café — I grab breakfast here almost every day. Staff are excellent and always welcoming. The space is calm, clean, and perfect to do my work without any disturbance. As a Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador Elite member, I notice consistency — and this property truly gets it right. I am more than happy to share feedback with Marriott corporate HQ and through official channels, so consistent excellence here is noticed and appreciated. Highly recommended; I’ll be watching for that same high standard on future visits.

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was extremely friendly.

The front desk employees were all outstanding and knowledgeable. The girl working the bar was great as well. Really nice gym. Plenty of space in lobby to have a coffee and relax. Being pet friendly was another reason we stayed here.
