Sehr zentrale Lage , und sehr freundliches Personal , besonders ist die Dame im Frühstücksraum zu erwähnen, die mit ihrer freundlichen Art uns den Start in den Tag versüßt hat !

Die gratis Getränke in der Minibar Seen leider nicht kalt!

Nach der Abreise wurde zuviel von unserer Kreditkarte abgebucht. Es ist nicht möglich telefonisch Kontakt aufzunehmen, Die Mail wird nicht angenommen und auch auf den Schriftverkehr über Booking.com wird nicht reagiert ...

"sehr teuer für den Service"

Der Übernachtungspreis wurde durch die Frühstückspreise und die Parkgebühr quasi verdoppelt, die Minibar wurde von der Dame an der Rezeption als im Preis inbegriffen und damit als grosszügige Geste des Hauses angepriesen, enthielt aber lediglich 0,33 l Radler (kein Bier!!), 033l Wasser und 0,33l Apfelschorle. Damit war die o.a. Ankündigung der Grosszügigkeit wohl mehr als übertrieben. Ich wünsche weiterhin zufriedene Gäste - Dr. E. Hübener
