They cancelled and refunded my second night despite being non-cancelable. Had to leave for sooner than expected.

- Dirty rag used for cleaning bathroom was left on the shampoo dispensers in shower, which tells me the cleaning process is far from hygienic. - Could hear neighbors throughout the night and early morning, walls weren't very sound proof. - Dust blowers came at around 9am, blew dirt all over my car I had literally just washed, and then blew a huge cloud of dust into my parents room as she opened the door. - Room has that blue hospital lights. - Shower curtain fallen down from shower. That booking.com wouldn't refund the accidental room booking. Pretty shady business platform. It's obviously why they are still in business.
