"Exceptional"

とても清潔で綺麗なホテルでした。 連泊しましたが、朝食の内容も変わっていて良かったです。ただ、駐車場が一杯で他に停めることになりましたが、近くに沢山あった為困りませんでした。熊谷に行く時はまた利用したいです。

駐車場の方や清掃の方の対応は気持ちの良いものでしたが、施設の顔であるフロントスタッフの対応が非常い悪く、これまで他店舗東横インさんを含め宿泊した中でこんなに気分を害したのは初めてでした。

サービスも素早くて良かった 朝食も種類は少ないけど味が美味しく満足。ホットコーヒーが少し薄く残念。新入社員研修のようた団体が泊まっていたが、入り口担当の方が頑張ってと声をかけて送り出していて微笑ましく良かったです。
