Location

VERY RUN DOWN. dark inside and out several things broken in room patio door lock instead of fixing put a chain lock .all room have balconies where you can hop over the railing to other room. Nlte broken door lock. Front balcony on second floor isTerrifying whole thing shook when walking decking needs replaced Alot of PRAYING. Pool and hot not working horrible no way has been open in years . What they advertise as a contintal breakfast is pan cakes . Out yard everthing mud LOTS OʻF MUD AND BIRD POOP!!! Broken chairs all around fire pits oh curtines in room falling down mold and plastic comming off back. Just to much drove 9 hours no way to get money back from who we booked through to change hotels. NOTHING AS THEY ADVERTISE PICTURES DO NOT SHOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING (the pictures had to have been fromYEARS AGO) SO MANY TIMES PEOPLE BUY THESE HOTELS AND LET THEM GO TO HELL NEVER FIXING ANYTHING TO THE POINT IT SHOULD BE CONDIMED IF YOU KNOW YOU NO NEVER AGAIN.

Cannot say anything positive.

The room was disgustingly dirty. The bathroom was gross. It was not clean. Hair was in and on the tub/shower. Dried urine was splattered on the toilet seat and the bowl was dirty. I cleaned the bathroom with Clorox wipes so my family could use the facilities. Was unsure if the beds were clean so we slept on top of the beds on blankets we brought from home. All ice machines were broken. If there was another option, we would have left.
