"Normalita y con mucho que mejorar en el desayuno"

Está cerca del parque que queríamos ir y el precio no está mal. Las camas eran cómodas y la habitación está bastante bien.

Estuvimos 2 noches. No nos limpiaron la habitación. Supongo que lo pondrá en la descripción, pero uno de los motivos por los que elegimos hotel es por la limpieza diaria. No hace falta cambiar toallas, simplemente una limpieza básica y hacer la cama. Por otro lado, en la habitación promocionan el cuidado del medioambiente (motivo por el que no cambian las toallas, que me parece bien), no obstante en el desayuno todos los utensilios son de cartón, de usar y tirar, en contra del cuidado del medioambiente. El desayuno deja mucho que desear, puede ser básico pero le faltan muchas cosas nutritivas para empezar el día. Solo tiene un tipo de fruta (los 2 días manzana), no hay disponible leche sin lactosa, ni tampoco leche caliente ni posibilidad de calentarla. La mayor parte de lo que ofrece es comida dulce y altamente calórica.

The room was musty and there was evidence of water issues in the bathroom. The heating and air unit only worked in the HIGH settings making it hard to adjust the temperature in the room. The linens were all clean and the bed comfortable.

La ubicación, cerca de Starved Rock State Park. El servicio, amable. El desayuno, no está mal. Limpieza, bien. No nos hicieron la habitación, lo dijimos en recepción y en 5 minutos subieron y lo solucionaron.

Las instalaciones, necesita una reforma (se ve muy antiguo y el mobiliario también).

Bed was comfortable

Probably my fault for not reading description better, but there’s no elevator to the second floor. No air conditioning in the hall on the second floor, air conditioner was really loud in the room. And you needed the air conditioner on, it was 90° out.
