The heat control in 103 was aweful…woke up at midnight and it was like a sauna. We turned on the air conditioning to cool the room down and turned the unit off when it was finally comfortable. Bad night’s sleep! The fan in the bathroom is LOUD…sounds like a helicopter landing! Don’t use the toilet at night or you’ll wake everyone up. The card reader on the door needs to be replaced…took a while to open the door. One card was reprogrammed and still didn’t work well. The breakfast was just okay…no hot food.

The attendant at check in was attentive and helpful, when we asked about a specific restaurant he approved and even gave us a coupon for it. The room was clean with well thought out amenities and very reasonably priced. The pool was sparkling. The breakfast area was immaculate and had several pleasant choices--both hot and cold.

ONLY GOOD THING IS ITS CHEAP. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

STAFF!!! We stayed 4 days, not once were we offered clean towels, staff was so unwelcoming that we went to the dollar store to buy towels. We traveled with a two year old, who spilt a blue shake on the bed, I WAS CHARGED 50 $ before I got two minutes down the road for the blue shake. DO NOT STAY

I said I would want a 12 checkout and housekeeping kept asking if I was out of the room at 11

It was close to other places in the city, which made it easy to travel. The staff was very friendly and their information, like breakfast times and wifi, was easily accessible.

The whole building smelled musty, and there were old extension cords zip tied to the lights for outlets. The pillows were also just throw pillows and the faucet in the shower would not stop running/dripping after using it.

We've stayed here many times. They have eliminated item we enjoyed the breakfast sandwich & only two cereal choices and one type of muffin. What we did have was good.

Our room was on ground floor and the room right above us was very noisy every night until 11;30-midnight. Very disappointed that since booked through you can't link up points.
