This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Villa Fiora a Capilungo in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 22:00. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent bed linen in advance at EUR 10 per person and towels at EUR 10 per person. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 30 per pet per stay applies. Please note that air conditioning is not included and will be charged EUR 14 per day when used.
