Please note that air conditioning is not included and will be charged EUR 7 per day when used. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 10 per set of linen and EUR 10 per set of towels. A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours as following -EUR 30 for arrivals from 20:30 to 22:00 -EUR 50 for arrivals from 22:00 to 00:00 -EUR 100 for arrivals from 00:00 to 07:00 All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for earlier check-out. All requests for earlier check-out are subject to confirmation by the property. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 30 per stay applies.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
