I've always stay there but this time not a good experience.

The room was super dirty but specially the mattress. It was old and smelly. I was shocked how housekeeping never told the Manager about these problems. I have been to Round Rock after and never will stay there again.

We did not have any washcloths, we spent two nights and did not get any room service the next day. I did not have the do not disturb sign hanging. The security lock/square metal piece on the door did not work, it is stuck. We had to bang on it to make it work. The sofa could not be pulled out to be used as a sofa bed because the AC unit was in the way.

"My stay was not the best due because the bed was uncomfortable, the sheets had stains, mold in room and bathroom, stains"

The location was good. Good customer service

The room had cobwebs, sheets were dirty, mold on ceiling in bathroom, stains on the chair, door does not close on its own. Room smells.
