Es céntrico y cómodo

Muy mal el mantenimiento y muy pocos detalles. Electrodomésticos averiados, baños muy deteriorados y demasiado sencillo. Muy poco acogedor. Las puertas cierran mal, estaba poco limpio, la secadora llena de agua, el lavavajillas atascado, el horno sucio, las sartenes poco funcionales, el menaje muy justo. Pocos vasos y platos, los cuchillos escasos y cortaban poco, la plancha de la ropa averiada. UN DESASTRE.

The size of the apartment and the cleanliness of the apartment overall. The living room is very big and well furnished.

The information for the check-in were given a bit late. So till 5 minutes before the check-in we did not know what to do.

La amplitud del piso, la cocina estaba perfectamente equipada, con un montón de espacio para todos los huéspedes

Los colchones de las literas y la alguna de las toallas tenían manchas.

🇬🇧🇭🇺🇩🇪 🇬🇧We spent the Easter weekend here as a group of six. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Everything you might need is available nearby. Although we didn’t meet the host in person, they responded within minutes on WhatsApp whenever we had a question. Overall, we were very satisfied with the accommodation. 🇭🇺A húsvét hétvégét töltöttük itt 6-an , a szállás tiszta volt , jól felszerelt és kényelmes.A közelben minden megtalálható, a szállásadóval ugyan nem találkoztunk , de a whatsappon pillanatokon belül válaszolt bármi kérdés adódott.Összeségében mi nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállással. 🇩🇪 Wir haben das Osterwochenende hier zu sechst verbracht. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. In der Nähe findet man alles, was man braucht. Obwohl wir den Gastgeber persönlich nicht getroffen haben, hat er auf WhatsApp innerhalb von Minuten auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Insgesamt waren wir mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden.

Once we were in the apartment, it was perfect, it was in a great location right next to Luceros station, 5 mins from central Alicante and the port, amazing value for money, perfect for 6 people/3 couples in a spacious 2 bathroom apartment.

Firstly the property had guest details compromised and a scammer tried to ask for payment in advance, then the legitmate hosts asked for a deposit the same way via whatapp rather than booking and they asked for a different amount from what booking.com stated. This was all very concerning for another fraud attempt and I dont think the management appreciated this. This may have been exacerbated by a change in management from when I booked to when I arrived, so it was intiaily a meet and great and then it changed to a remote check in along with this deposit via whatsapp fiasco. Secondly on arrival the keys werent in the lock box, the cleaners had forgotten to replace them leading to an hour delay accessing the property. No compensation offered and limited apologies granted this was the cleaners not the hosts fault. Additionally although the apartment was spacious and clean, many fixtures and fittings had become loose, like handles and hooks.
