Крутая лестница в аппартаменты, воды горячей в Бойлере хватает на 5 мин,слышно соседей, пытался в 23 .00 чужой мужчина зайти в квартиру.

Квартира комфортна, світла. Ліжко зручне, тепло і є чим нагріти кімнату, коли холодно

Відчувається що квартира вже давно в оренду здається: потертості, ржавчина на сантехніці, пліснява в душі. Дуже проблематично з водою виявилось: мені на душ хватало теплої на 5 хвилин, хоч і напір невеликий, далі доводилось митись у холодній
