I loved the location of the property. Away from all the night life but just close enough to get there if that’s what you’re looking for.

Walls are paper thin. Every noise can be heard if someone walks in the room above.

Its close to beach

It was not clean. Bugs + Mold + Enormous amounts of dust which caused my allergy. Also it smelled really bad mustiness. Basically avoid at any cost. Believe me.

Parking off premises, 4 blocks away

The staff is super friendly and helpful, comfortable bed and quiet rooms! Great for business travel.

It's not the cleanest apartment I've visited. Dust in kitchen appliances and a few stains on bed sheets and towels, but nothing too bad.

The location was fine but I didn’t like anything else about the property.

It’s a dump. Lots of things were broken and there was black mold around in the bathroom. Stains on the floors. And the blinds didn’t close, just the curtains. And everything just felt dirty. The couch was cheap the comforter and sheets were cheap. There is a code thing on the door but it’s not to get into the room. Not sure why it’s there.. maybe it’s another broken feature from years ago unfixed. You have to enter a code that they give you into a lock box next to the door to reveal a key on a string that you have to stretch to reach the door handle to unlock it.. EVERY TIME. But the worst part was the smell. It choked me. I couldn’t tell if it was from the air conditioning or the total lack of cleanliness. I was having a reaction in my throat and feeling very scratchy. So I called the hotel but they don’t respond after 6pm. Even tho they say they do. No response. So I called booking and she told me to leave the black mold filled room and go find another hotel. So I did. Never even unpacked. Still waiting to hear anything from the property about my refund but they just keep blaming booking.com. So no accountability. Will never go here or any of the properties by lowkl again.
