Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We arrived at 11 PM, well within the stated check-in time (which is until midnight), but the staff did not speak any English at all. It took a very long time before anyone was able to assist us, and communication was extremely difficult. At one point, we were asked—via a translation app on someone's phone—what we were even doing there. When we finally got to our room, we discovered that the toilet was broken. Since there was no one at reception anymore, I had to fix it myself. The room was also extremely small—there wasn't even enough space to open a suitcase properly. To make matters worse, the noise at night was unbearable. People coming back from parties were loud, and the walls seemed to carry every sound. We barely got any sleep and ended up cutting our stay short after just one night, as we didn’t want this experience to ruin our entire holiday.
