Wir waren vor Corona zu Gast im Hotel Heinzebank und sind auch jetzt wieder sehr zufrieden. Wir haben Museen in Zwickau, Zschopau und Freiberg besucht. In Marienberg waren wir im Aqua Marien.

das Hotel im Service super. Gut gelegen.Die Mitarbeiter höflich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sind bei jeder Auskunft sehr nett. Das Frühstück austeichend für jeden etwas dabei. Die Abendkarte sehr gut . KOmmem jeder Zeit wieder und zum weiterempfehlen.

Das Personal war wirklich sehr engagiert und haben gefühlt über Silvester durch gearbeitet. Trotzdem haben sie nie ihr Lächeln verloren und dies ergab ein sehr angenehmes Miteinander.

Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem funktional und mukkelig.
