Very comfortable, great location

Our only issue with the stay was we were unable to sleep. They need to double-glaze the windows or work on sound-proofing. It was a Saturday night and there is a club near the hotel. I got to listen to a live band until they finished that night. I could hear it that loudly and clearly that my brain was singing along with them while I was trying to sleep. THankfully, it was a rather good band - but that did not help my sleep.

Location was fantastic for Chinatown and shopping. Room was remarkably quiet for such a central location

Selected property to enjoy the roof top bar but then weren’t able to get access despite reception telling us we didn’t have to book and could walk in. Offered late check out but our keys had been deactivated when we came back to try and check out. Element of room were scruffy. Kick boards chipped and elements of bathroom furniture in disrepair.

Needs some updating to match price I paid. Some staff need a lesson in customer service at front desk, it's not hard to smile 😁

Great location near The Emporium, Melbourne Central mall, David Jones, Myers n other shops as well as cafes.

1) No proper sheltered drop off n pick up. Your entrance is in a little back lane. 2) How can a 5-star property like yours not have even at least a desk + chair in your rooms? Regular rooms had no furniture unless u booked the room with king-sized bed. Then u got a sagging sofa. 3) The wheelchair accessible room also had no desk. I wanted a bathroom with grab bars because of mobility issues but I don’t use a wheelchair. Which made the bathroom a hazardous space after each shower. The entire bathroom floor was wet & slippery. 4) No bottled water in room. Just a 1 litre metal jug without a lid. U had to go outside your room to a water dispenser for water. I can understand being environmentally friendly so why not offer glass bottles?
