"Family Friendly and a Great Way to Experience Nature"

Malagos Garden Resort is a family friendly place to connect and appreciate nature. The activities and food are excellent. The villa that we stayed in is very comfortable and had a relaxing ambiance. The staff particular the female security staff helped us a lot and also the female staff manager was very accommodating.

Had some problems upon checkout because the card machine had some issues. I suggested if I can settle my bills the day before the checkout but the reception staff refused and said to settle the bill for the day tour and buffet upon checkout. Unfortunately, the card machine was not working.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially the general manager. The facilities / resort grounds were also super interesting and nice to explore

They forgot to fill our water dispenser before our stay, but it wasn't a big deal.

Located on the same property as the Chocolate Factory so doing the tour and resting in the rooms are convenient. We booked the economy room which was quite basic. Better to book the other rooms. The staff were very good and took care of us well.

I definitely wish I stayed longer than two nights! We booked the honeymoon suite and it was just a dream! During the few days we were there, we enjoyed the educational bird and falcon shows, The staff are extremely friendly, responsive, and truly wonderful people. The activities around the park are lots of fun! We woke up, fed goats, hung out with birds, and enjoyed the butterflies - all before lunch! The chocolate museum is a MUST see too! Lots to do for all ages to enjoy. The attention to detail and conservation focus was the highlight of our stay. I'd absolutely recommend Malagos Garden Resort to all our friends and family!
