Malagos Garden Resort

The Staff are friendly and accommodating, they are all nice. they have bird shows and museums and chocolate factory and more. It is only good for day tour.

The Staff is very accommodating, but the property needs a huge improvements in almost everything, the room they gave us the first time was a two single(double bed) joined together, there is no hot water, and we were asked to use the heater to put in a bucket if we wanted hot shower, I requested to be moved to a different room, the manager was so helpful, on out second room, the bathroom does not have a toilet seat and water pressure is not good, the bathroom is also dirty, I just think that they need to improve their facilities especially the bathroom. the AC is not that strong for that size of a room. and the shuttle service is only available until 9pm, so you have to walk to your Villa, in a rough unpaved road from the main entrance. The Security guards are nice and helpful. but hopefully they provided like a small buggy during night time.

Nina the manager was brilliant and all her staff did a fantastic job. The pizza in the Koi Cafe is just as good as if was from Italy. Great being among nature and the cacao farm, the chocolate factory is very interesting too.

Accommodation and the zoo needs upgrading. Try not to pre order food as comes out cold and pre cooked.

Serene and beautiful place. We stayed for two nights. And we loved the experience to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff are courteous and attentive. The amenities are functional.

Like most: the privacy and serenity offered by the place as well as the pleasant staff. The bird show is fantastic - a great reminder to take care of nature.

Playground were not safe and not maintained properly. So disappointed for I was looking forward for my children to be able to run and play around. One big reason I booked malagos garden resort is the nice playground as shown in the AD photos. Although the chicolate museum was good. Swimming pool not maintained well.

Chocolate spa 👍. The villa needs one phone in the communal area I had no load or service on 3 of the phones we had, we had to ask one of the sweeping staff to call the front desk to send the shuttle service over all it was awesome
