Villa Harmony Canggu

Our stay was very comfortable as this villa boats lots of open space. Big rooms, very tidy with daily cleaning from staff. Staff was easily contactable for any issues that arose and were promplty rectified.

Wi-fi was tedious at times. Pool had been over chlorinated which lead to children having burning/ sensitive skin. Staff quickly attended to this issue and backwashed the pool multiple times. Hot water and shower pressure also did not work for multiple days, staff also tended to the issue each day and were able to fix.

We arrived and realised that there wasn’t a sofa bed in the living room, as advertised. After the staff (who were there to hand over the keys and take a holding deposit), asked us to pay extra money for an extra bed (even though the sofa bed as advertised wasn’t there), we had to talk to a property manager. We wasted a good 45 minutes of our time on arrival trying to sort this out. We also had staff letting themselves into the property, to clean, we were there and they didn’t think that we were, they had forgot to tell us that they clean the property, but the property was in fact quite dirty. Everything was very dated. The butler’s pantry was actually staff quarters. It felt like a strange set up.
