"Excellent"

It was surprisingly nice.

The water was only hot for a couple minutes, and then it was lukewarm for my shower. That's about it.

The apartments/condos are very roomy and comfortable. We normally get a two bedroom, two bathroom floor plan, and four adults can easily stay and not be on top of each other. The balconies are big and have beautiful views of the water. We enjoyed sitting out there watching the dolphins play and the boats go by. The location is great, close to everything you may need without feeling commercialized. There is a Publix's Supermarket literally within walking distance. John's Pass is also very close for dinning, shopping or boat trips. This was our second visit to the resort within five months. So, we obviously like the resort and the area.

Nothing really comes to mind.

Location

You have the feeling they are going broke with all the repairs needed . Hot tub didn’t work, front door wouldn’t close unless you slammed it hard. One of the bathroom sinks had very little water pressure and our hot water went out! The room felt damp and clammy and you had to beg to get coffee for the machine in the room. I would have bought it at the store but you needed a specific (I’ve never seen before) coffee pack with a built in tray. Also, the room was pretty filthy. Not worth the price.👎🏻

"We were looking for a quiet, comfortable place to unwind for a few days, and this was it!"

Didn't eat breakfast there. Very spacious...nice view...we even saw a couple of manatees swim between the docks and the swimming pool...saw a couple of dolphins....kitchen was nice overall...quiet....good hot water

could have had a pitcher to mix drinks in.....the king size bed was huge but a little soft
