The place is very spacious and clean. It is located on the top floor (4th I believe, access via stairs only). It is a very modern apartment definitely fit for 4-5 people. The apartment was equipped with everything including a laundry machine. It has 2 terraces w both city/partial sea view. It is located close to the city center. Parking was right next to the building. The host was very kind, prompt and accessible. The few nights that we were here, there was a huge storm in Split so we really enjoyed staying in. We felt just at home. We really enjoyed our stay overall and would definitely recommend this apartment for those looking for modern,spacious and clean accommodation in Split.

We stayed two nights in this wonderful apartment. It is brandnew, very spacious, very clean and beautifully designed. With two balconies it is easy to enjoy the sun and the view. The beach is just down the road and the old town near by ... so great locstion. Pero, the owner, was very friendly and helpful - he greeted us on arrival and gave us great tips on what to do and where to go.

We really loved the two balconies which both had a very nice view over the sea and old town. The apartment is very new and modern with air conditioning in all rooms. We really appreciated the filtred water and ice from the modern fridge. Moreover we liked the glases and the coffemachine. The only downside was a lack of a few kitchen utilities as for example a big bowls and additional cutting board. Pero was also a great host!

Meget flott og komfortabel leilighet med alle fasiliteter, utmerket for familie eller vennegjeng. Ligger i rolig gate med nærhet til strand, butikk og sentrum. Hosten Pero var alltid servicevennlig og hjelpsom
