staff was very kind and helpful, grounds were beautiful, very good location in panajachel, was nice that we were able to be driven past the gate and straight up to the hotel

Huge rooms, convenient location with a big garden just off the main tourist street. Delicious breakfast. Fast wifi. There's a water cooler with filtered water downstairs by the kitchen.

Many hotels in Guatemala don't have air conditioning. However the fans and screens on windows were great. Also note some rooms are up 3 flights of stairs, in case you have mobility issues.

This hotel was absolutely and soulfully beautiful. You can feel the love the staff hold for the buildings, the gardens and the visitors that come to stay. There are lovely murals and quotes painted on the walls and it feels like a spiritual retreat. Loved it so very much. Breakfast was delicious and lovely in the gardens. The hotel is centrally located, yet set back from the street, so it is quiet. The staff were so helpful, friendly and welcoming. This hotel is Mayan owned, and I love that too.

There is nothing that I did not like - this is an amazing place. Americans and Europeans who are accustomed to having washcloths provided should bring their own, this is the only feedback, and it's not negative, because they are just not generally provided in Central and South America.
