Curtain fell off, ants in bathroom, shower old, coffee machine terrible. Not cleaned properly. Ac was super dusty.

Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt in Monterosso, Der Bahnhof ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und von hier aus kann man wunderbar z.B. ins nächste Dorf wandern. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und hübsch eingerichtet und die Dachterasse ist einfach klasse.

Anzumerken ist, dass kein Backofen und kein Toaster vorhanden waren, wir waren davon ausgegangen, dass wir uns im Gemeinschaftsbereich etwas zubereiten können, das ist eher nicht möglich, es sei denn man frühstückt Croissant mit Café. Die Beschreibung müßte hier aktualisiert werden.

non era indicato che per accedere alla camera occorreva salire 3 rampe di scale molto ripide. inoltre, non abbiamo trovato alcuni dei servizi che vengono dichiarati come la cassaforte in camera, le pantofole e il micronde.

Duschkopf eher defekt und Klobrille war lose

we had a travel mishap coming to town and the kind lady at the front desk helped immensely by contacting our previous hotel and helped us come up with a solution to our problem. She also recommended a couple of excellent restaurants and insights on the city. We had to leave earlier than expected and they opened the restaurant prior to the usual opening time which was very helpful;.

Location. Only positive on property

Arrived and had to hunt down owner to check in. He was nice enough to carry one of our bags up the many steep flights of stairs. Had to hunt him down again at end of stay for check out procedure clarification. Room was okay but we found old food in fridge and no hand soap at all in room( bathroom) The towel hooks in bathroom were hanging by a string and the curtain rod fell on us when we closed the curtains. Would not stay here again.

The two roof terraces were so beautiful, gorgeous views. It is a common area shared with one (?) other room. Comfy beds, super quiet, and great location in the center of the old part of town. We slept great. Fridge was very nice to have. Water, tea, coffee available at all times.

The room was up steep stairs so you will get your workout, and it’s good practice for the steep stairs you can hike just outside of town (definitely a great way to see the sunset). The tea kettle in the common area is peeling plastic inside and needs to be replaced. The common areas could use tidying up. To check in, call the owner or go to their restaurant very nearby (see the note at the hotel door). The front door of the hotel is always open and it does not shut or lock, so it’s a little strange to have your room up 3 flights of stairs that are essentially open to the public, and sometimes the lights in the stairs did not go on right away, so you are navigating steep stairs in the dark until the motion light works. The picture of town is from our window and from the roof terrace. Nice owner who helped carry our suitcase up the stairs. We would definitely stay again!
