The staff were amazing very kind and really cared about your stay. Very quite, safe and clean. The rooms are biger than normal rooms. The pool is clean and well maintained. Its a hiden gem of the property. My grandkids played in the pool everyday! I recommend this hotel to families and someone who just wants to rest without interuptions. Also the air conditioning was amazing! Will return soon.

The room and bed was clean. The bed was comfortable. I liked being able to make a cup of coffee in my room. But there was a large space around the bottom of the door. I'm sure that could be fixed.

Location perfect for where I was visiting. Desk people were friendly, kind . Was attentive to needs

Room carpet filthy Feet dirty black after I finally got a shower Had to have shower and floor cleaned before I could shower Was after 9pm before got it done then guy demanded a tip. pissed me off. And it took 3 times asking to have the bathroom cleaned . I stayed here several times before but very unhappy this visit
