The staff. Not welcoming or friendly.

The location of the Pollera Hotel is superb: just a short stroll of 10 min from both the Main Square and the Little Square and St Florian Gate. We stayed in a family room that can sleep 4 people: there are 2 single beds and 1 king bed& a deluxe king room. Both rooms were very spacious with high ceilings and a separate newly renovated bathroom. The deluxe room had a "living room" space that could be closed off. Very nice for a family evening with board games or just a chat over a glass of wine. The hotel has a historical charm but in a "golden days" way, not in a shabby way. Rooms were super clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If you arrive by car they help you with the parking which is in the courtyard behind the reception desk. The breakfast is worth every penny.

As it is situated directly in the Old Town it is tricky to get there by car as the traffic in Krakow city center can get very busy and the cobbled streets are narrow. On the other hand, the Krakow train station isn't far away at all ( walkable).

Restaurant Tip war nicht gut.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est au petit soin. Le petit déjeuner est merveilleux. Nous avons même pu bénéficier de sac à emporter pour notre départ matinal.

Nous avons eu un petit ennui le matin de notre départ, il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude. Sûrement un problème technique.
